Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, writing, and creative content on this site are the sole property of Albert Wain and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

This means:

- You may not download, screenshot, repost, alter, or redistribute any images or content from the site without my express consent.

- Licensing for use of my artwork in publications, commercial products, or digital media must be arranged directly.

- Use of any image or content without permission constitutes copyright infringement and may be subject to legal action.

- The purchase of original works, commissions, or prints does not constitute the transference of "intellectual property" to the purchaser. Therefore, it is unlawful to reproduce in part or whole any original, commissioned, or printed works of art with the intent to sell or redistribute in any way.

Privacy and Security

I respect your privacy. Any personal information you submit via contact forms, orders, or newsletters will be used only to communicate with you or fulfill your order. Your information will never be sold or shared.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

I want you to be absolutely delighted with any original painting you purchase. I take great care to ensure accurate, honest representations of each piece. I'm always happy to send additional photos and answer questions before a sale.

That said, all sales of original works are final unless they are damaged in shipping.

If a piece arrives damaged:

1. Contact me immediately.

2. Take photos of package before opening for inspection.

3. Keep all original packaging.

4. Failure to follow these steps may void any refund or exchange.

If you are a customer in the Buffalo, NY, area, we can arrange a preview in your home or office before a decision is made.

Custom / commissioned artworks are final sale. Due to the personal and time intensive nature of commissions, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. I will work with you as closely as possible to bring about the desired piece of art, but ultimately each artists has their own style and interpretation when creating a unique piece.

Fine Art Prints

Prints are made to order and cannot be cancelled after purchase. If a print arrives damaged or there is an error in printing, please contact me within 3 days of delivery to receive a replacement.

Prints will not be replaced due to incorrect shipping address or instructions requested by the customer.
